Prior to joining BBC Studios, Andrew worked as a Script Editor and then Head of Development at LA Productions where he script edited Jimmy McGovern’s series Broken (BBC One), series seven to nine of Moving On (BBC One) and the factual drama film Reg (BBC One). After joining BBC Studios, Andrew worked as the Development Executive on series one to three of Kate O’Riordan’s Smother (RTE) and was the Associate Producer on series one of Jimmy McGovern’s BAFTA winning series Time (BBC One). Andrew has most recently worked as Executive Producer on series two of Time (BBC One), Blackshore by Kate O’Riordan (RTE), and Kidnapped by Georgia Lester (BBC Three).

Michael Parke was Development Producer and then Executive Producer at Ecosse Films where his projects included He Kills Coppers (ITV), five series of RAW (RTE), Life of Crime (ITV) and Fleming (Sky Atlantic). He joined BBC Scotland as Executive Producer in 2016, moving over to BBC Studios in 2018. Projects at BBC Studios have included three series of Smother created by Kate O’Riordan (RTE) and Jimmy McGovern’s BAFTA Award winning Time series one and two (BBC One), Blackshore (RTE) by Kate O’Riordan and Kidnapped (BBC Three) by Georgia Lester.

Helen qualified as a solicitor into the Television and Film department at Olswang LLP and has a law degree from Oxford University. Helen joined BBC Studios in 2016 and has worked across its Drama and Comedy slate since then, advising on all aspects of development and production. During this time, Helen has worked on iconic BBC Studios’ series, including Luther, Silent Witness and Doctor Who. Prior to this, Helen worked for BBC Drama Commissioning and BBC Films. Most recently, Helen has worked closely with River Pictures’ Executive Producers on series 2 of Time (BBC One) and forthcoming series Kidnapped (BBC Three).

Alison joined River Pictures as their Head of Production in July 2024, shortly after the label's inception. Prior to joining River Pictures, Alison was Head of Production at ITV Studios where she oversaw production of some of their most high-profile dramas including The Reckoning(BBC One), Archie (ITVX) and Suspect: The Shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes (Disney+). Having started her career at Mersey Television over 25 years ago, Alison remains based in the North West and is a passionate supporter of production in the regions.

Molly is Head of Development at River Pictures, managing the company slate and acting as Script Executive on projects in production, including recent drama Kidnapped: The Chloe Ayling Story (BBC Three). Prior to joining River Pictures, Molly was a Script Executive at BBC Studios Drama, Script Editor on Neil Gaiman’s Good Omens 2 (Amazon) and Development Executive at Unstoppable/All3Media, where she script edited The Drowning (Channel 5), worked across multiple feature films and produced a short film for BBC’s Sparks series. In 2021, Molly was selected as one of Edinburgh TV Festival’s ‘Ones to Watch’.

Zak started his career at literary agents MBA and Alan Brodie Representation. He moved to Drama Republic in 2018, gaining experience across production and development, before joining BBC Studios Drama in 2021, where he worked across the slate, and script edited Kate O’Riordan’s 6-part Crime Thriller Blackshore (RTE).

En-Yu joined River Pictures as a development coordinator. Prior to this, she was team assistant at BBC Studios Drama, supporting the team across multiple productions including Blackshore (RTE) and Time 2 (BBC One). She graduated from King’s College London with a degree in English Literature.
